We want you to love your purchase! If not, we offer 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

• Practical example: If a customer receives a dress that doesn’t fit, she can request a return within 7 days, send it back, and receive a refund after inspection.
